She excelled in SDR, AE and Sales Manager roles and was relocated to San Francisco as Managing Director to oversee the launch of a new office location.
Janel's tactics building a sales team from scratch in San Francisco broke company records as the first Managing Director in company history to turn a profit in their first quarter of business.
Curious to learn how larger and well established companies operated their sales organizations later led Janel to sales leadership roles at Hearst followed by LinkedIn, one of the top 50 sales organizations in the world.
After 12+ years in quota carrying corporate sales and leadership roles, Gallucci Ventures Sales Consulting was born. Since 2021 Janel has been partnering with startup founders and CEOs to help them scale and optimize their sales teams to grow revenue and raise their next round of funding.
